Daily Camp Schedule

8:00 am Optional Early bird activities

9:00 am Attendance/Instruction

9:30 am Warm-up/Flexibility Training

10:00 am Plyometric/Speed Training and/or Testing

11:00 pm Speaker/Class Discussion (kick boxing, yoga, nutrition)

11:30 pm Lunch (Bring your lunch Monday through Thursday)

12:00 pm Weights/Strength training and/or testing

1:00 pm Cool down/Flexibility training

1:30 pm Special Appearance/Autograph session

2:00 pm Departure
