The All-Star Speed & Strength Youth Camps focus on developing speed, strength, and flexibility to enhance performance and minimize injury risk in all sports including football, basketball, soccer, hockey, tennis, baseball and track and field. The camps provide a curriculum based on true sports instruction and fun to plant the seeds for a lifetime of sports passion, appreciation, and participation.
